Dulce de leche is the most popular sweet treat in Latin America. People have it for breakfast, most commonly on toast, but also on pancakes or waffles. It’s also the main ingredient of many cakes, pies, and typical pastries. It goes great with banana, chocolate or meringue and there are even dulce de leche ice creams!

Our Dulce de leche at Eleche is made from a process of pasteurizing and caramelizing milk conserving the Latin-American tradition.

About us
As a Chilean-Hungarian family, we decided to bring the traditional dulce de leche and latin flavors that we could not find in Hungary, the lack of these amazing products gave us the idea to open a true Latin-American shop in Budapest and share our love of fresh, quality baked delicacies and our amazing dulce de leche. In May of 2019 we brought our idea to life with the opening of our shop.
